Diemel Leather Shop

Hi, we are Seth and Caitie Diemel, the makers behind Diemel Leather Shop. We, with a business partner, run a pack station in the Sierra Nevada Mountains near Pinecrest, California. With a pack station comes constant need for saddle and tack repair, construction and general ingenuity, thus the Leather Shop tradition continued.
 
With a shop full of leather tools, I (Caitie) decided I could probably teach myself to tool leather. Over the last couple of years, with lots of practice, books, videos and patience, I have been able to carve so many beautiful things. Having worked on such a broad array of items with the pack station leather shop, Seth has the experience on the production side of the leather shop. Seth does a great job constructing all the leather goods.
 
We carve and create between busy schedules  revolving around a bunch of horses and mules and one beloved yellow Labrador named Granite. We share a deep rooted passion for agriculture and the western way of life and are honored to help keep the traditions of the West alive!
